Blood Flow Restriction Training involves wrapping a portion of the limb to limit the flow of fluid out of the working muscles. This has been shown to directly stimulate muscle growth.
BFR Training is extremely safe if done correctly.
Please do not leave bands on for more than 20 minutes until you are comfortable wearing them. Prolonged use or if the bands are wrapped too tight can cut off blood circulation.

1 Black Mesh Carrying Bag
Measure one thigh right beneath your glutes. The bands should be strapped tight
